Home Shipping Policy

At Maggie & Ko. Laser Design, we take great care to ensure your handmade items are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order and processed within 3–7 business days.
  • During busy periods or for custom requests, processing may take slightly longer.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Custom Orders

Custom/personalised items take extra time to design and produce. Please ensure all details (names, dates, spelling) are correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier service.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or customs.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maggieandko@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
